Looks good to me. As for a value it's always a difficult thing. The asking price, as ac106 writes, would be interesting to know. .
Looks OK to me. As to price, if I want it I get it, so price is the least of my concerns when buying a watch. USD$400 sounds acceptable though.
If those are the pictures of the actual watch then it all looks legit to me. In actual fact the condition looks to be very nice.
