Vintage Omega Seamaster 14770 with rare dial ?

Hi, I have recently purchased this Omega 14770. I thought I had seen most dial configurations until this one. I couldn't resist the temptation.

Has anyone seen one of these before ? Plus what do you call it, a "grid dial" perhaps ?

Really appreciate any comments or thoughts.

OP’s watch is the version without ‘DE VILLE’ on the dial, which is typical.
