This is an all original vintage Omega Seamaster 120 watch from 1968. The stainless steel case is marked 166.027 and looks good. The Omega movement is 17 jewels, model 563, serial number 27967967 and is running and keeping time. The original crystal has light age and marks. The original dial and hands look good. The watch is 43mm long and 37mm wide not including the original signed crown. The band is not Omega.
