Pretty certain that the crown is not original, and honestly, the dial has my redial antenna tingling, but not 100% on that either. Case edges seem soft for what they should be too.

Welcome to the form. The case has seen a hard polishing, I would say that is most likely a redial. Once again 馃槨, we need the price for a full evaluation. If it is $100 go for it. If it is $1000 no way.

I think the dial has been refinished (I'm not even sure it's the correct style for this reference) and the hands are not matching the dial.

Then ref. 166.009 should have a date feature automatic cal. 562 movement as well, which doesn't match the cal. 601 movement.

Looks like a put-together (franken) watch to me.

This. For $100-$200, it's a nice looking fashion piece. For much more than that, it's not worth spending money on.

I'm not convinced my acne days were something I'd rather have. Women have acne as well. But I agree, they wouldn't want to have the watch, maybe.
