Hello, new here and I'd be really happy if someone could help me a bit with the model mentioned in the title.

English is not my native language so please be kind as I'm trying my best to describe what I find weird on the watch, thanks.

Long story short, I have the opportunity to buy this model but after looking at the watch (pics attached below), I've see (too many) red flags. It might be my lack of knowledge but I'm pretty picky with details and any input from specialists here would greatly be appreciated. All comparisons I've made are with pics found online. Here are some of the points I noticed:

1. The thin arrow is positioned quite high (close to the center of the watch) as opposed to closed to the '6'.
2. The ends of the three lines of the arrow are not aligned horizontally at the bottom (the left and right lines are higher than the center line)
3. The 'Swiss Made' writing at the bottom is somehow 'squeezed' compared to other models
4. The font for the numerals is different. For instance the Zero is more rounded on this dial: the bottom 'circle' of the '8' is about the same size as the upper one, and the '7' does not posses any 'hook'.
5. Probably not a big issue but the luminous bars and dots on the dial look like they 'bled' out of where they were supposed to be applied. It might be a radium/tritium issue but this is something I don't know about.
6. The small indicators between the numbers don't match what I see on other models which possess the bars (indicators) within two circles.
If you see anything else, please let me know. From what I can tell, the dial has not been repainted but I may be wrong.

Thank you for your help.

I have NO experience with this particular model, but I do with others, so please take this as just an opinion, but I would guess that this is a "re-painted" dial or a replacement dial all together. If everything else checks out (case, movement, hands etc.) then the price would certainly have to reflect the non-originality of the dial.

in general: this picture is too small to judge.
The last was actually sold here: https://catalog.antiquorum.swiss/en...ilitary-lot-370-92?browse_all=1&page=1&q=2777

The pictures should be big enough to identify it, but afaik there isnt' a single other 2777 whose dial look like this. They do say the hands are original, and according to their grading the dial is 'good' (3-01). I'm still puzzled why the markers are like this, why the British army logo hasn't the the lines aligned horizontally etc. I hope the link above helps.

Obviously, it isn't an original thin arrow dial. It does have elements that look like a UK Ministry of Defence repainted dial for a 6B/159. Looking at the 12 lume dash the dial could have the deep lume wells and so be an iron dial. Curious dial, it clearly held the price down very significantly at auction, unless there is something else incorrect as well.
Edit: I notice the auction listing says cal 286, it should be a cal 283, which would explain the price.

no concerns about the swiss-made"? ........😮
Yes, I mentioned above in the post that the 'Swiss Made' is rather squeezed altogether compared to other (original) models
