    does anyone know how long it takes for vintage omega pocket watches to run out of energy and stop running? I am not too familiar with how it works...

    It depends on the caliber (the model of "motor"), it depends on the condition of the mainspring, it depends on the state of lubrication, it depends on the level of wind, it depends on the condition of parts.............I could go on, but it's like trying to answer the question about the length of a piece of string.
