    Hey All,

Thanks for the quick approval mods and hello everyone .

Posted this in another thread in haste and realised it was the wrong thread to post in!

Got this omega from my grandfather recently for a birthday however I cannot find any reference to it online.

He did not give me much information either beside it was bought in Hong Kong around late 80s early 90s.

Anyone have a clue of the reference number particular model?

Except this thread doesn't clearly state "Not for Questions".

Do you think it would it have made any difference?

I reckon a 200 post requirement may benefit the "Not for Questions" threads.

No. It might but then there would be 1000 threads asking why they can't post there to ask questions.

I am a newbie here, but I have an idea. The existing thread title could be more clear:

"Post examples of known fakes here. (not for questions)"

Then there could be a new sticky thread titled:

    "Ask questions about fakes here"

I think it would help curb the issue. People just aren't careful about reading thread titles. You can get upset about it, or just except the fact and try to make things as simple as possible.
