Hi, in the back case once the watch is open must be some numbers that will help to know the model, photos of the movement, back case, etc are very important, the watch in my opinion suffered a redial. With that serial number must be from 1949

Thanks for the answer , I will take it to the watch store tomorrow and open it again and will take pictures of the movement and back case.
Btw the guy at the store offered me 5000 dollars but I said I'm not willing to sale so that's why I want to know it's worth . Thank you

5.000 USD??? Take and invite him to dinner and drinks... if you want to sell, if you want to keep it because it has sentimental value is other thing.

Inside? If it doesn’t have the cure of cancer inside sell it..... it is valuable because is solid gold (case and bracelet), no matter what movement has inside when you talk about 5.000 USD in this kind of watch.

Seriously, maybe what you really need is to know how much gold do you have in your hands, that’s the main factor in this watch

It's a redialed Omega with a non-Swiss case - if he genuinely did offer you $5,000 for it, take it.

Don't say where you are, ,so $5,000 could be anything. if he's offering you $5,000 in US funds. He's an idiot and I would take it and run as fast as you can. Forget sentimentality. For $5,000 you can buy more.

Real value. As the case is probably not a genuine Omega case and same for the bracelet. Maybe 20% over scrap gold value

    Maybe $1000

Again. If he's paying you $5,000 US. Take it. $5,000 Rubles. No deal

I do not have the wach in hands, and your guy probably knows his stuff, but I really doubt that. That would imply about 100 g if it is 18k gold. Usually, it is rather about 10-20 g in a wristwatch...

Like others have said, as it is a redial, it has not a huge value from a collector point of view. So it has about the value of the gold in it and the movement.
