Vintage Omega - help identifying model

I recently came across a vintage omega, and could use some help identifying it.

From the serial number, I believe it’s from 1964. But don't have much more info.

Its a omega 131.019. You can see the reference number inside the case back. That SHOULD be a 601 movement, and appears right, though the '601' imprint is either misstruck or a bad photo making it look worse than it is.

Yes, it’s a 601 movement. The picture is pretty bad - I was under bad lighting.

Yea definitely a Cal 601, its a really good and solid movement that is extremely reliable and easy to maintain, the gold-plated cases are rather prone to wear-through but that one doesn't look bad at all. These are cheap watches but exceptionally good value in the $200-350 range
