Not sure where you got the 558 from? Is it an automatic or manual wind?

Looks like a ref 135.070, which would have a caliber 601, ca late 1960s.

Gotta be a manual wind since there isn't AUTOMATIC on the dial….. unless it's a poor refinish job.

It is a manual wind, anyone any idea of a conservative estimate of its value, it is in fair condition given its age but is in full working order.

What about the high-riding "SWISS MADE"? Also, I don't recall ever seeing dashes between the T's and Swiss Made. My very uneducated money says redial.

No issues with the dial, this is a correct variation for this reference.

+1 - that's the first thing I look at and the SWISS MADE did come printed above the minute/second track on these.

ok everyone, thanks for the info. Does anyone have an idea of its value, truth is I have the opportunity to acquire this watch but don't like being fleeced! I am by no means an expert hence asking your opinions. Thanks.

This is a "Mumbai Special". The dial is of an unnatural color and I suspect that the movement was pieced together from parts of other watches.

I wouldn't pay a rupee for it and the resale value would be minimal at best.

Time to move on, nothing to see here,

Sorry I have to disagree on this, the blue dial was certainly available on these Geneves and nothing else appears to say this has been butchered or put together from parts. Lume dots and printing all look original on the dial.

Value perhaps $300, as these are nothing special, although the Omega bracelet helps.

Do you have any other photos, particularly the movement and inside the case?
