    Hi guys,

Recently my dad gave me this vintage omega watch. So far what I've gathered is that this watch is circa 1974 and its in white gold.

I've been trying to search for more info. I don't even know the serial number for this watch as there's no box, cert, etc.

Really appreciate if anybody here could help out .

    Thanks!

It sure looks like it would be easy to remove the back with that tab. There will be a reference number inside which will tell you all you need to know.

Yep. I've got a similar ladies watch where you can take the back off using that tab on the bottom of the watch in the second pic. Take clear photos of the inside and we should be able to give more details.

Thanks for the advise. I managed to open it. Here's the pic. The number I got was 32354460

That number dates the watch to about 1970

That photo also confirms its 18kt gold.

The other piece of the puzzle is the model number. That will be on the inside of the back piece - the piece you took off.
