Vanallard
·This De Ville has a very elegant, simple design and is powered by a cal. 565 movement, widely regarded as one of the best vintage movements developed by Omega.
Dial: original, unrefinished dial in excellent condition.
Movement: 24 jewel automatic cal. 565 movement. I had my local watchmaker remove the movement as it is a front-loader and requires special tool 106 to remove the crystal. The photos of the movement and inside of the case were taken in the watchmaker's shop, hence the less than ideal photo quality.
Quickset: at 3 o'clock, functions properly by repeatedly pulling crown out to second position.
Case: Unishell stainless steel case in very good overall condition.
Crown: original, Omega signed.
Hands: original, excellent condition.
Crystal: excellent condition, not Omega signed.
Serial Number: 26,xxx,xxx - dating this particular watch to ~ 1969
Reference number: 166.033
Size: nicely sized at just over 34.5mm without the crown.
The watch is paired with a brand new leather strap.
Service history unknown but the watch is keeping good time.
Watch and I are located in Vancouver, BC.
Price: $700 USD
Tracked shipping to Canada and CONUS are included in the sale price. Shipping cost to other locations TBD.
Payment by PayPal (friends/family or add 4% for members who can provide references).
