This happens often. Usually I just wait it out. I think I've only seen this happen on my iPad tho...

It's a glitch that happens once in a while. It will come back....eventually.

Does anyone know if there's a yearly Omega vintage database? Or is it only searchable through model and/or case number?

You may need to go through the main Omega site. I just tried it and it worked fine for me.

On a smartphone, the link will not work at all. It will automatically redirect you to the main mobile site. You need to go to the bottom of the page and find the link to the "Classic Site", then go to the "Site Map" on the next page to find the Heritage section with the correct link for the Vintage Database.

Don't know why they make this so difficult. But that's the Swiss for you.
