Vintage Omega Constellation - Authenticity?

Currently looking at a vintage Omega Constellation - guessing it’s 1959 or 1960? Seller is asking $1,950. The only thing that gives me pause is the back of the watch. I don’t have a photo of it, but when I went to look at the watch in person I noticed that the the observatory is silver/stainless steel plated (vs. the gold color that I’ve predominantly seen). I’m attaching photos of the inside of the watch here and would love any expert opinion on its authenticity. I’m also posting a photo of the outside of the watch.

Redial. T marks and no tritium on either hands or dial. Hashes and fonts are wrong too by the looks of it.

Run like hell.

I am not sure if the case is merely severely overpolished or fake, but the hands are fake, the dial either fake or redialed and the crown is wrong. The movement looks okay at a glance.

There is around $150 of spare parts here.

Lots of things not right about this watch.
Too early for Ts.
I agree fake dial.
I’ve not seen a fake 14381 case but the medallion should be gold, so I suspect this is one.
