Vintage Omega Automatic - Need ID help

Hi guys, stumbled upon an omega vintage automatic. It's 35mm. Don't have any movement shots and am not confident of popping off the back. Tried googling but there are so many variations. Would greatly appreciate if someone could help identify the model and if it's got service/refinished parts. Cheers

The watch looks totally legit at first glance. If you want people to take a stab at the reference, please post some photos that clearly show the shape of the case and lugs in good lighting. The macro photos of the dial are nice, but they really don't help identify the watch.
