Okay - thanks everyone for helping me avoid a bad purchase a few days ago. Now I’m looking at this vintage Omega 284 from the 1960s (?) but I’d like a few opinions from the forum. I’ve compared it to other 284s and there seems to be a wide variety of dials for this movement on the web. The numbers and logo look right but I haven’t seen the line dots on any other examples. Is that normal or indicate a refurb? Please share your thoughts and expertise - I’m enjoying the education. Thank you!
