Vintage Omega 1916/20

Good evening I have this Omega, with fixed lugs, in my family for more than 50 years. I think the Caliber is a 13 SOB. Ceramic dial, double case in 925 silver. Mineral glass. The watch measures 35.7mm without the crown which is an oversized size. The movement of the 5 xxx xxx series is probably from 1915 and the case numbered 6 xxx xxx dating back to 1918/1920 is stamped with the old omega logo and signs of the period. I'm trying to figure out if it's a wristwatch, an original wedding or a transformed pocket. Thanks

Shouldn’t the numbers of case and movement match? Case is in a style that’s much later than 1915.
And the serial number on it is a later one too.

No, they're separate. I have noticed that my alleged 1910 Omega trench wasn't introduced until 1917, so the early serial lists should be assumed to be not that accurate, at least for movements.

hello.I think the watch dates around 21/23.

the lugs of the watch are different from those of the trench watches, this gave me doubts, even if the size and caliber seem to me those of an original wristwatch . could it be a custom watch originally?
