Looks genuine but be aware that once the plate on these is damaged it’s not easy to improve. It might come up ok with a light case polish and new crystal but there is already break through of the silver at the lugs so It’ll never look great. Dont be tempted to send it to Cartier. Their solution is likely a new case at a mega cost.
I have this watch — inherited from my dad. Will dig it out and have a look, but mine is the same, I think, including the rubbing of the plate. Crystal in mine is also pretty banged up, but it does keep surprisingly good time.
