Looks like a nice 40’s Mido, dial is nice- needs a crystal (stress cracks which are common). I have a black one that’s similar in cue for the watchmaker. Was there a question?

Just wanted to know if there are experts here that can tell me some details regarding the watch such as history, ref number, etc.

No ref. number. Mido was very successful during that period, and sold many watches. This is an early bumper automatic ('40s). Radium dial, good quality case, etc.

In catalogues the various models did sometimes have names, but they varied from market to market.

Thank you sir! 300 USD seems like a reasonable ask for this one

That's actually quite high. More like $100-150 very max. The watch is only about 28mm.
