More/better pictures would be good, including pictures of movement. But it doesn't look bad, and seller offers free 30-day returns, if--for example--you open it up and it shows clear evidence of NOT having been serviced in January 2019.

 

Very nice dial and hands. Like you guys mentioned it is a bit polished. Considering it has a bracelet I don't think is overpriced but is not cheap either. I am actually in the market for a nice one myself

It’s not overpolished, it’s worse, the case surface is destroyed. When it comes to the mark cases it’s all about the sunburst brushing they should have. Start googling and you will find plenty of pictures of good cases so you can build up your experience how they should look. Then you can come back to the forum with the more tricky things like right details and parts.

 

I find it interesting that the seller removed the caseback and took a photo of it but didn’t provide a photo of the movement.

 

This watch ( Chrono24 ) totally lost its original shape.
The 1159 bracelet looks fine to me.
Second one looks better but still overpolished.
