Have a Jaeger-LeCoultre vintage watch. 18k case and bracelet. Dial located on case back. Probably from the early 40's. Does anyone have any idea what this might be worth? or can tell me anything about this time piece? Thanks.

Does anyone know where the name Duoplan comes from? A movement feature?

    Nice watches btw...

Something to do with how the bridges were laid out on separate levels allowing for a larger balance wheel, these were very small movements, this made them more accurate.

Although introduced much later (1962) Omega had a back wind as well, the caliber 690.
