    Hi all

I think this piece deserves a thread for itself.

Big size 38mm solid rose gold, i think 80s era. The seller got it from a collector in Kobe, Japan. I am not sure about the ref, 1810 maybe? All original?

    Very nice and heavy :)

    Can I have your opinions?

Looks much more late '60s or '70s than '80s.

38mm would be a very uncommon size for a cal. 85x from the period, and, especially given that it is located in Japan, I would like to see the markings on the inside of the case back. I say that because there have been a small number of platinum cased IWC watches that have come out of Japan that were cased there, and not in Switzerland.

    Regards,

    Tony C.
