Vintage Heuer Autavia 1163V (Viceroy) Chronograph

This Heuer chronograph from the early 1970s probably needs little introduction. The watch is in very good condition with dial and hands clean to the eye (small signs of aging in subdials under magnification as shown in the photos). The case is extremely sharp with original finish; minor scuffs on case and bezel are shown in photos. I have no service history on the cal 12 automatic movement, but it is keeping time and the chronograph functions work properly. The upper pusher feels sticky, so I think it could use a service if you plan to use it regularly. The date turns over at 12 and the semi-quickset operates correctly. Nice example overall.
