Can anyone recommend any independent agents that could look at and possibly fix a flightmaster for one of my friends in the California area (they are in Burlingame).

The blue hour hand is not turning with the upper left winder, it is intermittent.

The watch was serviced only 6 months ago so I'm hoping it is an easy fix for them.

Appreciate any recommendations.

It is but it was serviced in the UK and they are in California now.

 

You can call Topper and see if they have any preference on local vendors.

 

Who are Topper? I'm in the UK also so no idea on anyone that side of the pond....
