Vintage 'English Leather' "Windsor" Clip-On straps?

Anyone familiar with this brand or style of strap? The photo above is from a recent one sold on the Bay.

It's the first of this brand and style with metal ends on a leather strap that I've come across. Do they make these in larger men's sizes (for the era) ~14/16mm? Do open-ended clips like this exist that can be attached to a regular leather strap for use on wire-lug watches?

Would love to see photos of anyone owns something similar and suggestions on where to potentially source some!

oh.... I've had variious "connect to wire lug" options over the years. Most of them are too small for me as they are a century old. For example, I have a vintage Surefit bracelet that I'll never be able to use because it's 5-1/8" long, and good luck finding the 6-1/8" version.

You'll pretty much have to watch eBay and hope you get lucky... and it will take a while. Ask me how I know. 馃榾

If there is anything I have laying around you can use, PM me the details and I'll see what I might have.

i've saved some of these ends over the years, haven't organized them so this is the only set i was able to put my hands on, they're yellow 15.8mm.

Lovely! Really a practical innovation especially with the spring bar variant like yours as opposed to needing an open-ended strap. Have you seen or acquired any yourself in stainless steel?
