Hi.

The watch is after full service in May 2021. (full disassembly, cleaning of the movement, seals,...). The First picture is the protocol from the service from the Czech republic.

This Doxa is the so-called second generation Synchron 300T - that means a thick case, a non-screw crown and the Synchron logo on the back. Especially the original crown is quite rare with vintage Doxa Subs today.

But the watch is not without flaws. It doesn´t have a dial and hands from the 300T model, but from the Sub 300.

When buying I was given this info:
"Doxa sub 300T Searambler. Winds and runs smoothly. Sent to Doxa a few years ago when they found the stash of parts. Came back with NOS 300 no T dial and hour/minute hand. Not for the purist, but gorgeous and chock full of rare parts."

I managed to contact an even older owner of the watch on WUS, who gave me the following info:

"Hi,
Went back into archive photos on another computer and came up with this image from 2017. These 3 Doxas were serviced at the same time by Doxa in Switzerland around 2000."

"Also, not to sharp, but here's a photo from 1977 from a dive with the watch. Can't recall either of the SR's with different hands after service by Doxa CF but hey, 21 years ago it was a major accomplishment just to have them serviced by the manufacturer. Hope this helps!"

So this is not a Doxa for purists, but the watch has a few rare parts.
Price: SOLD Eur including shipping within EU.
