The dial is damaged and the case looks misshapen and the lugs are bent, no? Is it a quartz? Gold plated? Someone might know this particular reference, but my guess is the watch will be worth 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of the service once you get it back. If the plan is to sell it, the advice is always to sell it as is, the problem is that few people are willing to pay for a service that the seller undertook - it’s a trust and warranty issue.
