    Too few clue in here. We need inside case back picture (you should open it first, ask somebody with experience if you never open it) to see the reference number.
    Unlike popular gents model, ladies model is more varied, less standardized and less known among collectors. Possibly it will not included in Omega Vintage Database as well.

    You are welcome. Omega has vast array of artistic lady style. Not easy to track. In term of movement caliber, possibly there is 482, 484, 485, 625, 671, or 684 inside

    According to Omega Service Center the reference no 8241 and caliber 485.
    For this one model it can be done only on Switzerland.
