Purchased for $50 at local flea market. Can't find this style anywhere online? Can you guys assist? Sorry for crumby photos. I'd be happy to put some better ones up once I return home. Movement isn't functioning properly, so I'll need to service it.
Search for Omega 166.0234 on Google or Yahoo. Case is probably stainless steel, although the bezel might be either plated or solid gold. I don't think it's particularly rare or valuable, except to you as an heirloom. BTW, original watchbands and buckles, are collectibles in their own right and it sounds like your watch has that much, which is very good. Here is a link to an article with more information on Constellation of the 1970's. Your watch is mentioned on Page 8. http://users.tpg.com.au/mondodec//Movement4.pdf Here's another one for sale from a very high end seller. http://www.matthewbaininc.com/watch-details/389 Mondodec's blog is the place to go for information on all the older Constellation models. http://omega-constellation-collectors.blogspot.com/ Hope this helps, gatorcpa
