Not familiar with this model but dollar store sells eyeglass repair kits that have a small screw driver, if you can use one to remove the case back and check 6 or 7 digit reference numbers inside then use that to do a search for sold auction listings on ebay you may find the answers to both your questions.

Now that you know the reference and caliber, you should be able to search the sold listings on eBay to determine value.
