Is 168.027 reference correct for smooth bezel model?

 

Tbh i Dont know , I’ll leave that to the experts , but I bought this from original owner that got it when had worked 25 years at the same place, so i don’t think one bit that this has been messed with, but as I said , leave that to experts @gatorcpa

 

I see some without that “bark” bezel but let’s ask @tdn-dk he’s an expert, would be good to figure this out

 

Well, I would expect bark bezel on a 168.027 https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-constellation-c-st-168-0027
Can find a few without bark bezel, but not sure if its due to a watchmaker case back mix up with a 168.017 or a mix up/fault at Omega back then
