Vintage bumper - recommendations for service in the UK

Hi, I'm a newbie & I've recently added a vintage bumper (1944 I believe) to my small collection of watches and I'd like to get it serviced. It currently runs 99pct of the time and keeps reasonable time, but once in a while will just stop. Also it will only wind manually. I'd appreciate recommendations for where to have it repaired.
(I bought it at an auction and the images are from the auction listing)
