Vintage Buckle Help 1960s dads watch!

Hey!

This is a one owner watch that was handed down to me by my father.

The case is marked 14k, but the buckle simply says "omega" on the back.

Does this mean it's gold filled/plated?

Yes and was sold in the USA.

Yeah. People used to tell me this was too small at 28mm but I think it wears super cool 😎
