Took a quick look and didn't find much, but does anyone have a good read on what a fair price is for a '60's steel Jubilee bracelet in good condition? I am looking to buy one. Thanks all.

It’s tough as the new GMT has re-popularized the jubilee. Prices seem to be rising. But it depends on the metal and gold karat.

As I said, in steel. Rough estimate? Thanks.

I think that @Toishome was asking for the reference of the bracelet. Do you know if you want folded link or solid link? In either case, they will often be very stretched out and needing repair. One that is tight will cost a lot more. So the price range will be very large.

Don't have a bracelet reference. What would an early '60's DJ have had? Thanks guys.

    Maybe a 6251. A later 62510 will also fit. You will need the correct end-links, I think 55 for 6251 or 555 for 62510.

Prices could go from $300-$400 for a crappy one, to well over $1000 depending on condition. If you don't get one with the correct authentic end-links, then you will need to buy those separately, which can also be a significant cost.

I think there may be some earlier or more obscure Rolex jubilee bracelets that don't even have reference numbers, but I don't know how to tell if they are legit.

6251. If you’re looking for one date specific and with most/all links and in very nice condition, you’ll pay around $700-800.

    The 1601 Datejust was sold with a 62510 bracelet and 555 end-links.

The vast majority of 1601 were sold with 6251. The 62510 was released around 1976, so only a few of the last-made 1601 would be fit with it.

Sounds about right. Definitely don't buy without the endlinks. You may also want to factor in a repair/tightening if the bracelet looks loose.
