Hand wound, dress watch from the 1950s. Alpina is one of the mostly forgotten “grand old names” of the Swiss watch industry, which recently has been resurrected by the people who own Frederique Constant. From the previous seller: "The caliber 592 was one of their finest designs. The quality and reputation is on such a level that some modern designer watches has come out during the last years with NOS Alpina 592 movements in them!"

Case:
Very good condition with minor signs of use. Stainless steel back, gold plated case. It measures 34 x 42 x 10 mm. 18mm wide drilled lugs width
Caseback: Steel, screwdown back
Movement: Alpina caliber 592, manual wind
Dial: Lovely white dial with gold numerals and markers, original condition.
Hands: Original with mild patina changes, mostly noticeable in macro pictures
Crown: Original to watch, some minor brassing typical of a 60+year old watch.
Crystal: Excellent condition
Crown: Unsigned
Complications: Time only, small seconds dial
Miscellaneous: No box or papers, regulated and lubricated in 2018, full service sometime prior to my ownership (2014)
No trades or returns, unless not as pictured; sold watch only, no strap
Price: $275 USD via PayPal. Includes shipping within North America; international additional at cost. Will accept

Thanks to @Northernman for the movement picture
