Here is a blue-dialed beauty that doesn't get much wrist time, and yet undeservedly, so I'm offering this up, head only... The dial is quite mesmerizing, with its radiant blue color, and its raised silver indices with orange-glint top sides, greater at just the right angles. Quick-set date at the 3-o-clock crown, position 1 (click out), time-setting at 2nd. Well-functioning. Two bezels. The upper crown turns the inner, white bezel. World time zone is set using the outer bi-directional bezel. Smooth and easy. The case seems to be a very solid, mostly unmarked chrome-plate. Overall, I'd call it very-good to excellent condition. The lower right lug has the most notable scratch. Please see all pictures, as they are integral to the description. The flat mineral crystal has a few scratches as well. Please see the wrist shot photo, where they are certainly amplified at its most reflective angle... Royce was a brand name used by S. & E. Kocher and Co. on watches from the 50's to the 70's, known for their beautiful 3-dimensional dials with raised markers. If you'd like to read/see more about Royce watches, one of our very own has quite the collection of Royce and Eska vintage watches, some of which can be seen here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/royce-eska-my-collecting-focus.81370/ Note: Despite what the case-back says, the watch is NOT WATERPROOF, until the new owner has it pressure-tested, if they wish to do that. The watch was rated at 15ATM when new, but it is now a vintage watch, and must be treated as water-sensitive! Timekeeping is excellent for this 50-year old, at a consistent +10 to 20s/d and good amplitudes. It has not been serviced while in my possession, so I recommend doing so if the watch is going to be worn with any frequency. Price includes shipping within the conUS. For all others, cost will be added. Payment may be FtF in the Atlanta area. PayPal, wire, or bank transfer are accepted. Returns may be made only if the watch is somehow not as described herein, and only within the first 7 days. Thank you for looking, and PM me here for additional pics or questions...
