Just arrived in the post.....a few pics, order an extract and off to Simon for some TLC. Needs a movement service and a new glass. The case and case back are in real nice sharp condition, the movement is in good clean condition apart from some rotor rub.

Thanks to @AJwala I got 2 new crystals still in original Omega packaging and all the way from Nepal.

Watch is now with Chris at CJN watches in UK for a service and replace the crystal. First time using Chris but have only heard good things.

I think this could be a daily use connie. I just need a good SS bracelet. I have vintage BOR bracelets which I am reluctant to use heavily.

Any recommendations from OF on 19mm bracelets for daily use?

I have seen a few of the DS&S mesh bracelets but has anyone used these much....

 

Got this back from Chris in CJN watches today, looking great and ready for some wrist time...... Alongside my 74 Speedy it is a good size.

 

My jumbo says hi. The best bracelet IMO would be omega BOR even though 19mm endlinks are impossible to find so I just sourced a generic endlinks, it fits well

 

I like the BOR with these conneis but worry as I find them a bit flimsy for day to day wear. I prefer the SS bracelets to leather I just need to find one that suits the watch and I feel secure with.
For the time being black leather is not bad...

 

When do u buy it?!
