I JUST JOINED THIS fORUM AND LIKE TO SAY HELLO TO ALL MEMBERS!

I leave in Roma, Italy and have a small collection of mid range vintage watches, including Omega (Seamaster Cosmic 2000, Speedmaster reduced, and the present one), Rolex, Girard Perregaux, Zenith, Eberhard, Jaeger Le Coultre......so far.

My last purchase is a vintage 18kt pink gold automatic Omega.
The back case is marked 2897 61, and the machine is marked 16749484.
The dial (not to clear in the enclosed fhotos) has a very elegant vertical striping (very light gray on white). The buckle is original.
    Works beautifully.

    Any info you can provide?

    Thank you

    Dear Pvt- Public,

thank you for your kind answer and info provided.

Unfortunately, I would see the following case and dial differences with the reference you indicated:
    -hour markers shape
-hour/minutes hands shape (mine is "Dauphine")
    -seconds dial
    -lugs size.

    Any more suggestions?

    Thank you
