·For sale is a very nice Omega Speedmaster from the rare digital era.
The watch is in very good vintage condition and runs and keeps time as it should.

Year: circa 1979
Reference: 186.0009 / 396.0809
Material: stainless steel, rectangular with curved edges
Dial: LCD, black panel
Movement: cal. 1620, quartz electronic digital,
Bracelet: Very Rare stainless steel Omega with deployant clasp, size between lugs 20 mm. (ref 1318.291)
Functions: calendar, chronograph with lap time, display with light
Water-resistant: no more, at the time 30m.
Dimensions: 33.75 x 40.40 mm. Thickness 7.50 mm.
There is some wear to the crystal which is pretty typical for these watches, some wear around the edges of the crystal and small knick just above the SELECT label on the dial.
The bracelet is original to the watch and is in very good condition. All functions / pushers of the 1620 movement are working (e.g. chronograph / stopwatch, timeset , including working light/bulb.) It seems the Omega label and serial number was applied upside down and reads backwards as result.
The case is in very good condition with sharp edges and appears unpolished to my eye. There are scratches to the back of the case from case tools for servicing the batteries.
