Up for offer today is a very nice 1967 Seiko 6217-8001 62MAS dating to March of 1967. The legendary first Seiko diver.
This watch is in original condition. There are service marks to the inner case but recent service history is unknown. It runs well and keeps time as it should but as with most vintage pieces a service would be recommended. The movement is clean with some wear to the rotor.
The case is sharp and unpolished and shows its original brushing. The bezel and insert is original to the watch and in good condition. The caseback carries the Seiko Dolphin.
The dial is in good original condition with some typical aging to the lume. The hands and dial react to UV light as they should.
I am looking for £2200. The watch is located in London but happy to ship worldwide insured as watch parts for repair. £10 shipped in the UK ROW on quote.
