No, it s an issue with the spring inside the crown...
Again ..that really should be serviceable by anyone who is relatively competent.

in any case, my watchmaker who has been Omega approved for many years has not succeeded in unblocking the inside of the crown which is totally rusty...

I planned to take it to another Omega watchmaker to change the after-sales crown.

If your watchmaker is "Omega approved", shouldn't they be able to order a new item direct from Omega?

Hi, the SD crown + case tube is still obtainable from Omega.
Aftermarket crown is a crime on this watch... I have one NOS vintage crown for this watch can sell you, the spring is 100% okay, but the gasket may be to old... but as I said, would go with new service part to make it WR again..
Part numbers:

The case tube for the 1650024SP screw down crown is 090ST0133.
The screw down is 42062.
