Vintage 14k watch, unknown

    Hi, I have this 14K omega pocketwatch conversion that I basically can't find online and I wanna know more about it. It has 5606102 on the inside IF the backpiece. IT has FARS inside of it aswell as 5355052. Is it à fake or is IT real? Does it have a value?

    It is a pocket watch conversion, not a wristwatch.
