    Looks like a pocket watch movement that has been converted to a wrist watch. The only thing here that is genuine Omega is the movement, the rest is probably after market or fake really, although sometimes you do see the original PW cases with newly welded lugs. Hope you didn´t pay too much for it, FYI a lot of these seem to come from the Ukrainian region.

    It's an old pocket watch repurposed as a wrist watch. It is an Omega movement, not sure of the caliber.

    Probably came from Eastern Europe. The Ukranians are infamous for this stuff.

    A lot of times these are put together with spit and glue and won't last a week without breaking, so be very careful.

    I'd recommend staying away totally, but fear I might be too later for that.
