Hello, I’m seeking assistance in verifying the authenticity and originality of an Omega Seamaster 300 ref. 165.024. I’ve reviewed the watch using www.omegaseamaster300.com and did not notice any obvious red flags, but I’m not an expert on this reference and would greatly appreciate a second opinion.

I intend to sell the watch and want to ensure that my listing is as accurate and transparent as possible. The crystal appears to be aftermarket, as it lacks the Omega logo at the center, but I’m unsure whether any other components have been replaced, or if the dial has been relumed.

Thank you very much for your time and help!

Adding a picture of the crown, as I believe naiad crowns are supposed to have the Mercedes logo inside the Omega logo - can anyone confirm this is a service crown?

Hi, 2420xxxx is a NOV/DEC 1966 watch. All parts are matching, including bracelet. Only issue I can see is, that the dial and hands has been relumed.
