I have often wondered why there is these female venus symbols on some of the 14-18k. Omega gent watches, i see them often. (the picture is a ref. 131.541)
Is there anyone who knows why?

I know.

That is the corporate symbol for the swedish mining company Stora Kopparberg. They handed out those to their employees for long and faithful service. Ordered enough quantitites from Omega to have them make that special print in the dial. Same as for certain retailers.
