    For your consideration is a very sharp vintage wrist alarm by Vantage from the late 60's or early 70's. All original, and serviced in February 2016. Here are the details:

    Brand:
    Vantage, a subsidiary of Hamilton Watch Company
    Model: Alarm Watch cal. 1475; Swiss Made circa 1960s -70s
    Case: Solid stainless steel case is 34mm excluding the original, matching crowns
    Strap: New 18mm black leather strap made in Germany; stainless steel buckle
    Movement: A. Schild cal. 1475 (manual-winding); 17-jewels; functioning alarm; serviced in Feb 2016
    Features: Functioning alarm; perfect original sunburst Tritium dial and original handset

    That's a swell watch, Peter!

    I think that's the same movement that's in the Tudor Advisor 7926, no?

    I snagged it. Something about it spoke to me. I've been digging the 34mm Lagonda I got a few weeks back. The condition on this one is stunning and with it just serviced I couldn't pass it up. Plus I love sunburst dials. This is number 3 for me.

    Plus in a wierd way it matches as a Lagonda and a Vantage are both Aston Martin models

    Hard to believe this was the low end Hamilton... looks a lot better then some Hamiltons from that period.
