Can anyone tell me how much is a 1998 Speedmaster Automatic is worth with its warranty card, bracelet and leather strap all in excellent condition?
You are correct but all listings I see are listed with offer option and I need a quick opinion. Also the one I am interested has tritium markers (I guess, as they have moderate patina) while the dial has no tritium inscription only "swiss made"
There are a bunch of older threads discussing the reasons, and threads where owners buy them and regret it, please consider the other models in the Omega lines and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting if you buy a reduced. These are cheap watches that quickly turn into expensive problems for their owners.
A bit of patience and a small outlay more and you could get yourself a nice period mark II with 861 calibre that although is relatively common, is a real piece of kit, straightforward to repair .and is probably only going to increase in value over the coming years....there are inherent maintenance problems within the speedy reduced and automatic "also ran" stable..be careful.
