As for the crown, it may indeed be a replacement. I’ll try to compare it with some period-correct examples and keep that in mind during negotiation.

·If the possible bent lug is a concern, but best thing to do is just to measure with calipers. But as I mentioned, as long as the proper strap will fit well, it's not necessarily a huge deal. That strap looks too wide.
The missing lume in the hand is unfortunate, but overall I think it's an interesting watch.
