Vacheron Constantin Historique American 1921

Acquired this grail piece late last year.

Difficult to photograph the true beauty and craftsmanship, the dial it truly is a work of art and the hand finished movement is something to behold.

It was one of those "love at first sight" type of watches when I saw it in the flesh. Oddly enough was going to pick up a different watch made a trade for and this was sitting in the case. There's no logic to this "hobby" at times.

Depending on the day, have no problem rocking it with a casual look running errands because why not. If a dive watch can go with a suit, then a dress watch can go casual. It has enough fun and quirkyness to the dial to blend the situations.
