Opinions? Possible redial?

 

I vote redial, no swiss at bottom, and I think maybe the numbers should be have lume ?

 

Likely redial. I'd be skeptical of the hand lume, as well.

 

In addition to this likely to be a redial, I prefer the VC 453B movement.
